• Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all security tags intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process your request.

2. Processing Fees & Deductions

Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 0% deduction fee. This helps cover processing, restocking, and administrative costs associated with luxury items. The remaining 50% of the purchase price will be issued back to you once the item passes inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items that show any signs of wear, have been removed from their original sealed packaging, or are returned after the 3-day window will not be accepted for a refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team with your order details and photos of the unopened package.
2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely.

5. Fast Refunds

We value your time. Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

• Approval: You will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Payout: Upon approval, your refund (minus the 0% deduction) will be processed and credited to your original payment method or bank account within 24 hours.
