Thank you for choosing Royal Art Jewellers. We are committed to ensuring your exquisite pieces reach you safely and promptly. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 Working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of delivery to meet your needs:

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zarr e Khaas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Insured Shipping
Given the high value of our jewelry, every package is fully insured during transit.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Signature Requirement
To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders over [Insert Amount, e.g., Rs.500] require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the package.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to only in Pakistan. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to see if special arrangements can be made.
